The Delmarva Index is an interactive data platform developed by the Eastern Shore Regional GIS Cooperative at
Salisbury University that tracks key regional indicators—population, economy, housing, workforce, and health—to
support informed decision-making across the Delmarva Peninsula. Serving government leaders, nonprofit
organizations, educators, and businesses, it fosters collaboration and strategic investment across a region that
includes Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Virginia’s Eastern Shore, and the state of Delaware.
